CCVS SUBSTANCE USE POSTER

Here is a poster that I used to advertise my survey throughout the school.

CCVS ANONYMOUS SUBSTANCE USE SURVEY

This is an anonymous substance use survey that I created to poll the students at my school, CCVS. The reason I chose this subject is because I am taking an addictions course at Algonquin College, and I find addiction and substance use interesting. Here is the link to the survey I created for the data:

CONCLUSION ON CCVS SUBSTANCE USE

My conclusion on substance use at CCVS is that substance use is not that much of an issue and many people would think, this is because 8 out of 54 students that answered the survey said that they were pressured to take a substance. This statistic has lead me to believe that it is the individual that seeks out the group.

A third of the students that took the survey said they used a substance. The most common substance used was alcohol, second to marijuana. I believe this is because alcohol isn't seen as a drug in society, and is more accessible. This is supported by the phrase "alcohol, AND drugs".
